Shipping & Delivery

Due to the size and weight of our products shipping can vary greatly depending on the location and carrier. Your order may be delivered by ute or a large crane truck depending on the size and courier availability in your area.

Depending on your location, you may be asked to assist in hand unloading your order.

We can offer depot pickup to certain areas. Please email or call us to arrange a quote.

We only offer curb side delivery. 

We have subsidised shipping rates - 

Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney metro areas will get FREE delivery on most items less than 2.4 meters long with a minimum order of $1,000.  

VIC, QLD, NSW regional areas will be charged depending on the postcode. Please enter your address at the checkout to determine if free delivery applies to your postcode. 

We usually can deliver to all other regions, we just ask that you contact us first to make sure our freight companies can service your area. 

The cost is automatically calculated at the checkout based on your postcode. If you receive a message saying shipping to your area is not available it means you are outside of our regular delivery zone and will need to contact us for a quote.
