How fast can you supply?
Most in-stock products ship within 2–5 business days from our Brisbane warehouse. Larger project quantities (50m²+, full pool fence kits, multi-lot fence runs) may take 3–6 weeks if we need to top up inventory. Call us with your project specs and we'll confirm timing.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes — volume discounts for builders, architects, developers and landscapers. Especially relevant for multi-lot fencing runs (over 50 lineal metres) and project-scale bamboo specs (over 50m²). Contact us with your project details for a quote.
Can I order samples?
Yes — sample packs cover the main bamboo profiles and the Eco Guard WPC slat colours. Most architects start there before specifying the full project. Contact us to order.
